Flow Yoga - Connecting Yoga postures that create heat. Improves
balance, strength, core and endurance. |

Room set to 106 degrees. Please consult your doctor regarding physical
conditions or drug prescriptions prior to class. Flowing power Yoga
postures that can be customized for all levels. Great to detoxify the
body and promote overall strength, flexibility and endurance. |

- A gentle way to experience Yoga and Pilates all in one hour.
Promotes core stability & flexibility. |

Pilates with Props and Stretching - Improve posture, core stability,

use of Pilates, rings, stability balls or weights. The use of props is
